Hello Families:

The SPRING Developmental Academy Program (5, 6 & 8-U) starts SATURDAY, March 7th. @ Arbor Field. 
There is NO PLAY on March 21 & April 11th 

The SPRING program alternates between on field at Arbor Park & indoor training program at Deft Touch. A final schedule will publish next week.  This program is SATURDAY ONLY Play.

UNIFORM & EQUIPMENT:
FIELD SESSIONS-Players need: Shoes (sneakers or cleats), Socks, SHIN Guards, Shirt, BALL & WATER (The Region will hand out Shirts & Socks on March 7th @ the field)

For DEFT TOUCH (in-door) (SNEAKERS or TURF SHOES ONLY, NO CLEATS) sessions: Socks, SHIN Guards, Shirt & Water. Sign ups will be weekly via a Google doc. Further info to follow.  There is a MAX of 18-20 players per each hour session.

WE NEED PARENT COACHES @ Field  The great part of this program is PARENT Coaches learning and working with the players, being mentored by professional trainers.  If you were a Coach last FALL please wear your coach shirt.

Our neighbors at WestEd have been very supportive of the Region and the use of their parking lot......Last season....some families forgot common courtesy while using the lot. GO SLOW; LOTS OF PLAYERS.....

NO parking in the FIRE LANE (the small portion of the roadway that runs parallel to the building, toward the fields)
NO parking next to or adjacent to NO PARKING SIGNS (yes.. we look at or choose to ignore the sign and walk away......)
NO parking in FRONT of the main building(they have some offices open
NO parking in/on the GRASS
AND.. please do not leave your trash in the lot.. Take it with you...

SBPD & Los Al PD will be at the parking lot...issuing parking citations......PLEASE help us avoid that scenario.
LOCK your cars and HIDE your valuables...
